How to import pianos
Importing pianos can be a cumbersome job, especially if you don’t have a suiting international shipping network to rely on. It can be complicated and risky without the proper knowledge, experience and partners. This is where we come in. With years of experience in the piano branche aswel as international transport, we know exactly what is needed for safe, quick and trusted shipping of refurbished Yamaha’s. We will make sure you don’t have to worry about a thing.

INQUIRY
The first step to import pianos is to send us a message via our contact form. Describe to us what you are looking for and where you are located.
02.
INFORMATION
We will contact you via phone or email and inform you about the options. We will then send you our most recent inventory list.
03.
SELECTION
Take your time to select your preferred pianos from the inventory list. Email us your selection to proceed with your piano import.
04.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will reserve your selection of pianos in our warehouse. We will discuss the order conditions, price, delivery date and location, etc. After confirmation we will send you the invoice and start preparing your order for shipment.
05.
CONTAINER TRANSPORT
When the order is confirmed and an advance payment is received, we will prepare your container and book the vessel that will take it to your destination. We will supply you with all the documents needed to receive the order.
06.
ARRIVAL
On the agreed date you will receive your container of pianos. Don’t forget to bring the documents. Congratulations! You successfully imported our meticulously refurbished pianos. Now the only thing left is to put them in your showroom.
